If a business has a check returned NSF their bank will forward the item to Check Resultz on the customers behalf. We immediately notify the business by fax or email that we are in the process of collecting the NSF check. Check Resultz monitors the check writers account daily, we never call the customer. When funds are available for the check and our State allowed fee then we electronically debit the NSF check writer's account and reimburse the business for the face value of the check.

• ACH Automation
Using ACH Direct's Payments Gateway, merchants can process checks or credit cards online for debits, credits, authorizations, funds capturing and verifications. Transactions recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually - as well as single transactions - travel efficiently and rapidly through its channels.
• Check Conversion
Checks are electronically processed and deposited into Merchants' bank account.
• ARC Lockbox
Checks are received via mail or lockbox and are then electronically converted and deposited into merchants bank account. The process also allows for resubmission on returned checks. This is ideal for doctors offices!
• Recurring ACH
This program allows the merchant to obtain checking information and authorization from a consumer and then allows for another payment to be processed on the next payment anniversary date without the check actually being present. This is great for membership fees!
• Small Ticket Check Program
This program offers special pricing on the Conversion with Guarantee for the Gas Station and Convenience Store merchant with maximum check amount of $50.00.

Designed for the small to medium-sized business, this program provides an electronic card-based alternative to traditional paper gift certificates. This is a "closed-loop" program so that the gift cards are only accepted from the business in which they were purchased from.

• Gift Card Program
A stored value program. This card replaces paper gift certificates. First, the customer pays the Merchant, who then loads the collected value onto a gift card through their programmed terminal. The funds represented on the card stay in the Merchant's account. The cardholder can redeem the value on the card for goods and services at participating Merchant locations. The amount of the sale is deducted from the card and the balance remaining prints on the receipt. Cards can be reloaded at any time.
• Loyalty Program
A point based program that allows Merchants to reward loyal customers! Customers accumulate point based on rules set by the Merchant, may it be a point for every cup of coffee purchased, a point per pound of cheese or something else. These points can then later be redeemed by the Customer for tangible rewards, again based on what rules the Merchant has established. This program provides merchants with the flexibility to tailor a Customer rewards program with the only limit being their creativity!
• Gift & Loyalty Program
Bring your stored value and rewards programs to the next level by combining them!
